We all know Layers Master for turning out some of the finest pastries in town. What caught us by surprise is their upcoming savory brunch menu. Rather than sticking strictly to coffee and lamination, the kitchen has put together a thoughtful hot menu that holds its own.

The dishes lean into clean, comforting morning staples. Highlights include pillowy scrambled eggs with house sausage and toasted sourdough, baked halloumi in a spiced tomato base with pine nuts, and fresh burrata alongside grilled bread and dressed tomatoes. The full brunch service is slated to debut on November 1st.
